1. Shipping Policy Overview
Thank you for choosing CellTime! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with all the necessary information regarding the processing and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Lead Time order items may have extended processing times, and details will be provided in the product description.
3. Shipping Rates and Options
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above R 500.00
- We use BobGo for all our order shipments.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times are usually within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) except in the case of lead time products. Lead time order items may have extended processing times, and details will be provided in the product description, hence the delivery may take a little longer.
- Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may impact delivery times. CellTime is not responsible for such delays. However we always try our best to keep you informed and deliver to our clients as fast as possible.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order in real-time through our website using the provided tracking details.
6. International Shipping
- CellTime currently does not offer international shipments.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CellTime is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
9. Shipping Holidays
- Shipping services may be affected on weekends and public holidays. Any delays caused by such events will be communicated to customers in advance.

Store or Warehouse Collections:
During checkout, choose the convenient option to collect your items from us.
When picking up your order, kindly have your order number and either your ID Book or Driver's License ready for verification. Please ensure that the name on your invoice matches the name on your ID or Driver's License.
If you designate someone to collect on your behalf, kindly provide us with their details in advance. They should arrive with a copy of your invoice, your ID or Driver's License, and their own ID or Driver's License.
Please note that we are unable to release your items without the presentation of your order number and valid ID or Driver's License. This policy is non-negotiable, and all payments must be settled before collection.
