5. Appropriate Ages for using our Services

If you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Services offered via our website you will be bound by any legal obligations and liabilities that you may incur as a result of your use of the Services. You agree to supervise all usage by minors on our website under your account.
Products which are for adults may not be purchased by minors, when making a purchase you agree that you are of age and are bound to the terms and conditions.

Cell Time strives to give 24- hour-a-day service every day of the year. Cell Time does not warrant, however, that our website will be available each and every time you attempt to access it or use the Services offered by it. Cell Time reserves the right to suspend the operation of our website at any given time.

7.2 In a financial position to be able to use and pay for our Services offered through our website.

You also agree that you cannot hold us responsible for any errors and/or mistakes on our website.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Warranties

Should you require a refund for a purchase made, please make sure it is in the original packaging and unopened. Please verify what you are about to purchase. If you are unsure about a product please contact us. By using our website and its services, you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any wrong purchases made by the buyer.
Should a case arise where the seller decides to not accept a refund for a certain reason the seller may exercise this right. Refund may only be done within seven days of your purchase.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return a product please make certain it is brand new in its original packaging and unopened. Please verify what you are about to purchase. If you are unsure about a product, please email us or click on the 'Ask a question about this product' Button.

Returns and Exchanges can only be done within 7 Days of your purchase. After this time No Product will be allowed to be returned or exchanged. If any item is faulty and needs to be exchanged, please contact us as soon as possible. Should the product be faulty please allow us due time to return the product to the distributor for assessment before being issued a repair or replacement. Usually this could take up to three weeks, however we strife to process it as speedily as possible to give the buyer the best possible service. All Warranties are honoured by the relevant manufacturers or distributors and their decision on the warranty application is final. CellTime shall not be liable on behalf of the manufacturers or distributors decision.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your repair, replacement or refund. 
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and we will advise of the outcome.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

It is not our responsibility if you purchased the wrong product. So please if you are not sure about any product, ask us before you make a purchase.


9. Submissions by you to Cell Time

Cell Time is not responsible for your submissions or responses to Cell Time. Any product concepts or ideas submitted by you to Cell Time will be considered the property of Cell Time. Cell Time will not be responsible for any claims to ownership, royalties, license fees or any other intellectual property claims if those concepts or ideas are used in promotions, marketing or products.

10. Collections & Deliveries

Cell Time will deliver the Items to the destination you have specified as Recipient Details provided such destination is within South Africa. While Cell Time will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Items reach your specified destination on time, Cell Time cannot and does not warrant or represent that delivery will occur within the time requested or the times indicated on the delivery times table. Cell Time does not take any responsibility for damages to an item while it is being delivered by our courier company. If you wish to collect your order, please notify us which branch you’d like to collect at and bring your ID which should match the the purchasers details. All orders must be paid for before they can be shipped or collected.

11. Warranties

All products carry a manufacturers/ distributors warranty. Should you have an issue with a product, kindly contact us to arrange a warranty return application. Please note that the turn around time can be up to three weeks. The distributors/manufacturers warranty decision is final. Normal standard wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Perishable goods eg. screen guards, etc. do not carry any warranty.
